Position Summary Information
Job Description Summary
The purpose of this position is to provide research and administrative support services to gathering statistical data regarding the college as it pertains to dual enrollment. Research may involve internal, partnership, community, local, and state resources. This is accomplished by designing and producing statistical reports, researching and collecting information, troubleshooting errors, reporting comparative College data, designing and updating tables, and transmitting data to be used in analysis, information requests, surveys and grant applications. Data collection will also be used for the dual enrollment yearly assessment.
Other duties include performing clerical functions, scheduling meetings, ordering and maintaining office supply inventories, office records, monitoring of email correspondence and other related items. Other duties include coordinating meetings and maintaining the Director’s appointment schedule.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate’s degree.
Three (3) years of related experience.
Required Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy maintaining records.
Knowledgeable with student enrollment.
Excellent organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong customer service skills.
Strong skills in Microsoft programs and SIS system.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the various programs of study offered at DMC.
Familiar with dual enrollment and process.
Familiar with budget reporting.
Familiar with college and state reporting.
Critical thinking/analytical skills.
Knowledge of Learning College/Learning Communities.

Work with approximately 50 high school counselors/ principals, DMC Directors, Chairs, Deans, Student Enrollment Center (SEC), Registrars Office, Information Technology (IT), and Institutional Research (IR) departments with monitoring and maintaining accurate data records on dual enrollment and college courses.
Job Duty
Monitor courses in Colleague that are pertinent to dual enrollment and coordinate with departmental administrative assistants to make sure dual enrollment sections are accurately reflected.
Schedule and coordinate off-site registration drives with ISD counselors, SEC, and IT Depts.
Job Duty
Send out and maintain accurate records of all Memorandum of Understandings with approximately 50 ISD’s and Homeschool students in the DMC service area.
Job Duty
Troubleshoot enrollment report errors; monitor reports daily and distribute enrollment reports to approximately 50 high schools during the Fall, Spring, and Summer; emailed daily every semester.
Job Duty
Work with DMC IR to create dual enrollment reports every semester and as requested by DMC administration.
Job Duty
Track and report high school embedded faculty to CAO office each semester.
Job Duty
Coordinate with the high school counselors, DMC SEC and Registrar in regards to data entry in Colleague to prevent enrollment errors.
