The Impact You'll Make

  • Respond to requests for SAP assistance in person, by phone, or electronically. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across SAP modules (ECC, PROD, QA, HANA), including login issues, navigation, and common errors.
  • Address specific queries, troubleshoot problems and issues, interact with other members of the IT Team, perform IT installations, carry out supplementary IT tasks, work on new applications, and liaise with external vendors.
  • Manage any technical SAP issues related to connection, access, etc. required for reporting by itself or with the respective team. Assist in SAP configuration.
  • Perform tasks in compliance with current IT and company policies.
  • Log, monitor, and manage SAP, IT, and access-related tickets using designated ticketing systems. Prioritize and escalate tickets based on severity and business impact.
  • Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions and best practices.
  • Coordinate with SAP and Infrastructure teams to ensure alignment on system changes.
  • Conduct onboarding and offboarding procedures, including training and documentation. Create user guides, FAQs, and reference materials to support user education.
  • Administer SAP access provisioning and deprovisioning using GRC ARM in accordance with company protocols.

Who You Are

  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Information Systems, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in working with SAP
  • Additional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in working with an IT ticketing system
  • Computer Skills Desired: Experience working in an Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environment and experience with Windows. Familiarity with SAP GRC ARM, IT ticketing systems (Service Now), and enterprise IT environments is a plus.
  • Preferred Certifications: Posses or in the process of earning a Microsoft Associate/Professional Certificate, CompTIA A+
  • Certification, and/or Microsoft Certified Professional.
  • Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with frequent use of SAP and application of technical standards, principles, theories and concepts, and techniques.

Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual hourly rate of $30.00 - $43.00 per hour. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
