Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist customers with troubleshooting product or service issues
- Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate internal teams
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and internal documentation as needed
- Maintain a high level of empathy and professionalism in all interactions
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- A customer-focused attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using basic customer support tools (training provided)
- Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends if needed
- Previous customer support or call center experience is a plus
- Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages is a bonus
