Employee Service Coordinator (Bilingual/Spanish Preferred)

Full Time Shift M-F 8a-4:30p

Wage: $22-$25 DOE

Castle Manor, a Generations Healthcare is in search of an Employee Services Coordinator to join our team.

Responsible for coordinating A/P, payroll, receptionist and benefits at the facility level as directed by Facility and Support Center. Working directly with the Corporate Support Center to ensure employee needs are being met in all areas pertaining to Employee Services and all vendor accounts are managed properly. Miscellaneous administrative duties assigned within the department included.

Essential Duties (include but are not limited to):

  • Works directly with Support Center A/P department to ensure all facility A/P deadline and requirements are met.
  • Anticipates and collects all facility-related invoices in a timely manner so that expenses are accounted for in the correct month.
  • Coordinates necessary department head and Administrator approvals.
  • Enters codes and batches all facility-related invoices to the Support Center.
  • Completes month end checklist and ensures all recurring AP invoices have been received and processed before close.
  • Verifies and submit paperwork relating to employee payroll; may complete some PAFs depending on transaction required.
  • Issues and tracks employee time clock badges.
  • Ensures timely and accurate reporting of payroll information to Support Center
  • Facilitates paperwork relating to employee benefits during employee’s employment; refers questions to Support Center as needed.
  • Assists in open enrollment for benefits programs to include 401(k), FSA, and health insurance.
  • Assists in submission of all 401(k) and FSA additions and changes to Support Center.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
  • A/P, payroll and/or benefits experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to work well with all levels within the organization and communicate effectively.
  • Knowledge of office practices, technology applications and record-keeping and reporting systems; business correspondence; grammar, spelling and punctuation.
  • Use of MS Office application programs; use of standard office equipment including telephones, calculators, copiers and facsimile equipment.
