About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. The CSM will be responsible for managing the needs analysis and customized solutions for our collections clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with property management clients to understand their specific requirements and challenges
- Develop customized solutions and workflows that meet the unique needs of each property management client
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and onboarding of property management clients
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property management clients and provide ongoing support and guidance throughout their engagement
- Monitor client usage and engagement to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Act as a liaison between property management clients and our product and engineering teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with property management clients, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs
- Track and report on client success metrics, including customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, preferably in the legal, collections, or tech industry
- Strong understanding of the service of process industry and the challenges faced by collection firm clients
- Proven track record of developing customized solutions and workflows for enterprise clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with CRM, Support and project management tools, such as Hubspot and Intercom
- Preference given to those in Eastern time zone
- Travel required to client sites 40% of the time
- Salary range $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience and location
- Eligible for bonus structure and additional compensation based on performance
- Full time, remote, salary position
