The Sr. Manager, Recovery Service Onboard & Support will act as the subject matter expert for assigned healthcare subrogation clients. You will also lead the implementation and subsequent relationship for identified subrogation clients while remaining focused on documentation and all-around efficient client specific processes. This role will play an integral part in the expansion of the subrogation recovery team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Compile and maintain detailed new client terminology dictionaries
- Master Phia recovery processes to collaborate with other team members in developing specific processes for new clients
- Manage implementation of new plans for the organization
- Coordinate with technology teams on implementations of various plan types to include but not limited to HMOs, PPOs, ASOs, government programs and multi-line plans
- Create and maintain client specific electronic training documents
- Train recovery teams on client specific processes post implementation
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients as the subrogation subject matter expert contact to include on site client visits at regular intervals
- Provide industry leading customer service and account management to assigned clients
- Maintain a working knowledge of subrogation case law
- Have a working knowledge of all subrogation reporting
- Identify and implement process automation and efficiency for recovery teams
- Participate in onboarding of new technologies used in the recovery department
- 5 to 10 years of healthcare subrogation experience
- 3 to 5 years of account management experience
- Experience with new client onboarding
- Working knowledge of SharePoint and Smartsheet a plus
- Tableau experience preferred
- HIPPA awareness and compliance
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the skills needed to perform excellent internal and external customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Advanced communication skills both verbal and written
- Mastery of Microsoft office suite of products (Excel, Work, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Must be self-motivated and able to meet multiple project deadlines
- Advanced understanding of multiple healthcare payor systems
- ICD-9/ICD-10 knowledge
- Willingness to obtain certifications as the business need arises
