Job Summary And Description
Responsible for developing programs and processes) for any functional (one or more) area within Student Services that provide a service to students and/or other internal College or District customers.
This position will be responsible for providing leadership for the Student Life department as well as developing, implementing, and overseeing student engagement initiatives that align with and advance NVC’s institutional goals.

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant experience, education and training that equates to the required degree.
- Three years of progressive experience in college program enhancement and administration, career exploration/advisement, special populations, federal grant management, employee supervision and development, or strategic planning.
- Master’s degree.
- Must have a valid driver license and be insurable through the organization’s insurers
