Job Summary: Supports Risk Management in evaluating, monitoring, and reporting risks associated with commercial real estate loans. This role involves data analysis, documentation review, and collaboration with internal participants to mitigate potential financial and operational risks. Promotes an environment of teamwork within the department and across the bank. Represents INTRUST Bank in all they do in the community and is focused on the development of new business relationships. Must maintain strict standards of confidentiality and perform duties in a manner supporting INTRUST’s Character Qualities.

Required Skills and Knowledge: Must be proficient in Microsoft office software applications. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
Required Licenses and/or Certifications: A valid driver’s license is required.
Physical Demands: Extended period(s) of time viewing personal computer, sitting, standing, and walking. Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs. The ability to travel regionally and perform property inspections related to appraisal and construction is required. The physical demands necessary for this role should be performed with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Working Conditions: Normal office conditions, some regional travel required.

- Assists in the acquisition and review of Phase I and II environmental site assessments, providing recommendations based on findings.
- Facilitates environmental monitoring by reviewing time-sensitive data and conducting annual reviews of environmental alerts.
- Orders and reviews external commercial appraisals ensuring compliance with Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Documents findings and requests corrections as necessary.
- Compiles and analyzes property and market data to determine the validity of real estate appraisals in alignment with Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines.
- Prepares commercial property evaluations in accordance with the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines.
- Develops and prepares department reports and summaries for management as assigned.
- Monitors construction loan activity and collaborates with the lending team regarding loan draw packages, supporting documentation, and other matters affecting the construction process.
