Director of Operations – American Locker
Location: Las Vegas, NV. (American Locker)
Summary:
Leads all plant operations to deliver safety, quality, cost, and on-time delivery targets. Oversees production, scheduling, maintenance, and facility management to ensure efficient, reliable, and compliant operations. Implements lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize throughput and employee engagement. Partners closely with the Director of Supply Chain to ensure material readiness and with the Director of Engineering to support smooth new product introduction.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong background in production management, scheduling, and maintenance
- Proven record of implementing lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and production reporting tools
- Experience introducing Lean manufacturing concepts in a factory setting.
