Position: Sales Analyst
Location: Wilmington, NC (Onsite)
Pay: $80,000/year

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

You’ll generate reports and insights that guide sales strategy and improve efficiency, while collaborating with Finance, Data, IT, and Marketing to ensure accurate reporting through the Power BI platform.

- Bachelor’s degree in business with 3+ years of experience.
- Or a Master of Business Administration and 2+ years of experience.

Job Description:
- Anticipate the needs of the Salesforce team and create tools/reports to meet those needs while maintaining a streamlined approach to reporting.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, key metrics, and progress towards goals.
- Develop reporting related to MBO completion progress.
- Assist the sales team with targeted objectives by creating quarterly business reviews.
- Perform trend analysis and metrics evaluation/assessment.
- Assist with defining quarterly sales objectives and driving the sales team to hit KPIs.
- Provide recommendations and take appropriate actions based on strategic objectives, forecasts, and/or performance metrics.
- Enhance sales productivity by evaluating business metrics and distributor performance.
- Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory creation/management, and help create a plan to enhance renewal/sales.
- Assist in determining and tracking Distributor Quotas and overall quota performance management.
- Work with Marketing to develop tools/reports to help determine Sales/Marketing strategies.
- Manage the month-end close of the sales process with Customer Service and Finance.
- Develop tools and reports to support the budget preparation process.
- Experience with business intelligence reporting systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Business acumen and proficiency in data visualization tools.
- Experience with ERP systems (i.e, Salesforce).
- Self-starter with the ability to operate with limited direct supervision/guidance.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills.
