Job Description

Looking for the Brightest!

When we say we strive for excellence in everything we do, we mean everything. So, we’re looking for another game changer to add to our all-star marketing team. The characteristics listed below sum up our ideal candidate. If this sounds like you, we can’t wait to talk!

  • Detail Oriented: Mediocrity will just not do on your watch. You do your best work even when nobody’s looking. It’s not that you’re a perfectionist, you just really enjoy what you do and relish in the details others overlook.
  • A Strategic Mindset: Not only do you see the big picture, you understand your place in it. You’re curious and ask the right questions at the right time. You’re able to interpret and communicate data simply and clearly. You think!
  • Extreme Ownership: You understand the assignment, prepare a clear, simple plan, then make things happen. Though you’re humble in the prep, you’re confident in the execution. And as good as you are, you never let ego get in the way.
  • Superior Creative Skills: Like Ted Lasso, you’d never bring an umbrella to brainstorm. You innovate by seeing opportunities where others see roadblocks. You’re exceptionally collaborative and refreshingly optimistic.
  • Bold Go-getter: You refuse to be constrained by "the way things have always been done.” You’re resourceful and highly organized, and have proven you can prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment. Most impressively, you’re not afraid to pick up the phone to get the answers you need.
