We're Hiring: Senior Staff Scientist!

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Staff Scientist to lead cutting-edge research and development initiatives. The successful candidate will join a fast-paced research organization, contributing hands-on to preclinical research

advancing our early pipeline. This effort has potential to make a transformational impact on the lives of patients in need. A passion for applying state of the art technologies and scientific insights to develop high quality therapeutics is a key requirement for the role.

Role: Senior Staff Scientist

What You'll Do

∙ Hands on execution of biologically relevant assays to interrogate mechanistic biology

underpinning inflammatory diseases of interest.

∙ Apply scientific know how to support research activities.

∙ Generate, review, and discuss complex data sets to advance discovery programs.

∙ Show proficiency in the execution of cellular and molecular laboratory techniques with state-of-the-art technologies.

∙ Responsible for maintaining a quality record of all data generated.

∙ Responsible for communicating results and potential impact of those results to supervisor and peers.

∙ Have the ability to work as part of a high performing team, while developing as an independent scientist.

Minimum Requirements

∙ Bachelor’s/ Master’s/PhD Degree in Biology or in related field.

∙ Background in Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, or similar

discipline.

0-2 years of experience in a research or laboratory setting.

∙ Experience with molecular (RT-PCR, WB, and others) and cellular technologies (cell culture

and sterile technique, ELISA and equivalent technologies).

∙ Motivated team player, able to perform with a high degree of independence.

∙ Conscientious scientist with a passion for delivering quality medicines to patients.

∙ Ability to balance execution of multiple tasks to accomplish program goals.

∙ Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

∙ Experience with human immunology and/or prior industry experience.

∙ Experience with multiplex protein and/or RNA-based technologies.

∙ An interest in working in and creating an environment of scientific curiosity and open

exchange of ideas.
