As an Admin Support Representative, you will work with our internal sales teams by providing them information as needed and supporting them through the sales cycle. Responsibilities For An Admin Support Representative

  • Support Sales Representatives through the full cycle sales process by:
    • Coordinate and dispatch daily schedules for sales consultants; coordinate efficiently based on time, distance, and location
    • Accurately creating installation agreements for sales representatives in real-time
    • Effectively and proactively managing communication among vendor and client accounts, covering multiple solar markets in the state of Texas
  • Efficiently communicate with sales representatives and office staff via email and instant messaging
  • Analyze and proof-read completed solar proposals for accurate customer presentation
  • Research and understand all renewable energy and net metering programs in the Texas market
  • Update the scheduling software with relevant and accurate notes, necessary documentation, and move/create appointments as needed
Requirements For An Admin Support Representative

  • Strong customer service skills and excellent phone voice
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Critical thinking to problem solve challenges
  • Ability to manage time well and prioritize effectively
  • Adaptability to learn technical concepts and actively apply them
  • Shift is 2-10pm Tuesday thru Saturday

Qualifications For An Admin Support Representative

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) - a plus
  • Office experience - preferred

  • $19 per hour (paycheck every Friday)
