We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Revenue Manager to lead the end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC) transformation. This role will oversee revenue recognition, accounts receivable, deal management, customer invoicing, and collections while ensuring compliance with ASC 606 and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a process improvement mindset to modernize SEMI’s revenue operations, implement technology-driven solutions, and partner with global teams to drive efficiency and accuracy across regions.
This is a full-time position which reports to the Corporate Controller and is based in Milpitas, CA

Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Accounts Receivable Management
- Oversee end-to-end OTC process, contract review, invoicing, collections, credit memos, and refunds.
- Manage global accounts receivable operations, ensuring timely cash application and accurate aging analysis.
- Establish and monitor credit policies, customer credit limits, and collections strategies.
- Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and other applicable accounting standards for revenue recognition.
- Review contracts and arrangements for revenue recognition implications.
- Collaborate with auditors for revenue-related schedules, disclosures, and audit requests.
- Drive automation initiatives across OTC and revenue processes (e.g., ERP, CRM integrations, payment platform Stripe or similar).
- Develop standardized workflows for billing, credit memos, and collections across global entities.
- Partner with IT, sales, and operations teams to streamline revenue-related systems and reporting.
- Lead and mentor the revenue and AR team members, fostering professional development.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and international finance teams for global revenue alignment.
- Provide insights on revenue trends, forecasts, and risk assessments to finance leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2+ years in a revenue management or OTC role.
- Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), CRM tools (Salesforce a plus), payment platform (Stripe)
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and system implementation.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global, and collaborative environment.
