TAMKO is hiring a Warranty Services Representative to join our corporate office in Joplin, MO. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering outstanding customer service by reviewing and resolving warranty claims. Using your strong knowledge of TAMKO products and services, you’ll investigate claims thoroughly, communicate effectively with customers, and ensure they receive clear, timely, and professional support.

- Communicating clearly and courteously with homeowners, roofers, dealers, and distributors about TAMKO warranty claims.
- Reviewing claims, samples, photos, and documentation to determine warranty coverage.
- Leveraging computer systems and AI-powered tools to efficiently manage and improve claim processes.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve goals and enhance overall service.
- Providing feedback to strengthen customer service and advance a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Supporting administrative tasks such as organizing daily mail and documentation.
- Serving as a trusted resource to resolve customer concerns quickly and effectively.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software and AI-powered tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to teamwork, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
