Description
The Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring our products are attractively displayed and fully stocked in major grocery retailers and convenience stores. Their focus is on maintaining product availability and presentation.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must hold a current, valid driver’s license that meets the insurance carrier’s guidelines for an acceptable, insured driver.

Key Responsibilities
- Stock and display beverage products in grocery stores and convenience stores according to company standards
- Ensure all products are accurately priced, labeled, and rotated to maintain freshness
- Build and maintain attractive product displays, end caps, and promotional setups
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to the sales team
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from store staff and customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Follow directions and guidance from supervisors and team leads
- Collaborate with store managers and staff to maximize product visibility and sales
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly
- Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and company policies
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in merchandising, retail, or a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy level and a positive attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to take directions and follow instructions accurately
- Must be 18+ years old, 21+ is preferred
