Your Role: Family Resource Center (FRC) Coordinator

Location: Oak View Family Resource Center

Pay: $70,000

As the FRC Coordinator, you'll lead the heart of the Oak View Family Resource Center - a vibrant, family-friendly community hub where hope, healing, and connection come alive. You'll ensure families have access to social, educational, and health services that promote stability, well-being, and empowerment.

You'll inspire your team, guide community engagement efforts, and build partnerships that strengthen families and neighborhoods.

Your Superpowers Include

  • Leadership that uplifts - inspiring your team through vision, trust, and collaboration.
  • Deep understanding of community needs and how to bring people and partners together.
  • Crisis intervention and family support skills - ready to meet families where they are.
  • A knack for organizing - whether it's planning events, managing data, or running meetings that matter.
  • A commitment to trauma-informed, resilience-oriented care and advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required).

Your Toolkit Should Include

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in social work, sociology, psychology, or related field + 2 years of direct service experience and 1 year of leadership/supervisory experience OR
  • Option 2: 5 years of direct service experience (including 1 year in leadership) working with diverse families and communities
