We are currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer for Hospitality Management Corporation’s corporate office in Lewisville, TX.

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee operations for mid-scale and economy hotels

Implement the company's strategic vision and business plans by creating and executing operational procedures, policies, and budgets.

Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations across multiple hotels, ensuring all services, from guest services to facilities management, meet high standards.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and identify areas for improvement.

Oversee budgeting and financial planning to control costs, optimize cash flow, and contribute to the company's profitability.

Lead and motivate department heads and teams, foster a positive and productive company culture, and mentor GMs.

Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction, ensure brand consistency, and uphold high service quality standards.

Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, laws, and company policies, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

Serve as the link between General Managers and the President, providing concise reports and insights to support informed decision-making.

Education & Experience:

Crew experience highly desired - airline, railroad, trucking

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

Solid understanding of staff management, industry specifics and business strategies

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

Superior management and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations

10+ years of experience managing hotel operations.
