The Partners Group currently has an outstanding opportunity for a financial professional with strong analytical abilities to join our Accounting & Finance team as a Financial Analyst.
**NOTE: This role is hybrid-eligible and can be based out of any of our four offices: Meridian, ID, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, or Bend, OR.
How you will make an impact at TPG
As a Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in turning financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. From budgeting and forecasting to reporting and analysis, you’ll help ensure the accuracy of our financial records and contribute to the company’s overall success.
A typical day in this role
- Partner with finance leaders to support the annual budget, forecasts, and financial planning
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and other reporting tools
- Audit revenue and expense allocations, investigate variances, and present findings
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to business partners across departments
- Support accounting and finance team projects and contribute to process improvements
Key details
Location: Meridian, ID, Portland, OR, Renton, WA, or Bend, OR; in-office with hybrid remote opportunities
Hours: 40 hours/week, Mon-Fri
Salary Range: $60,000-70,000 annually (DOE)
Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods of time, ability to communicate verbally and in writing, and ability to handle long periods of screen time.
Travel: Minimal, if any
What you’ll bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Accounting, or a related field required
- <1-2+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting. At minimum, relevant internship experience is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modeling)
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data clearly
- Curiosity and problem-solving mindset with a drive for quality and thoughtfulness
What will make you really stand out
- Experience with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Familiarity with BI/data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of GAAP and corporate financial reporting practices
- Ability to balance independent work with collaboration across teams
