Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT contact and support resource for the President (and select executive leadership)
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document technical issues on laptops, mobile devices, desktops, and peripherals, ensuring minimal disruption to executive work
- Provide proactive support for meetings, presentations, and travel-setting up secure remote access, video conferencing, and other collaboration tools
- Manage and prioritize all technical requests, ensuring quick response and resolution with a focus on executive satisfaction
- Coordinate with IT leadership to install, configure, and maintain specialized applications and secure communications for the President
- Administer user accounts, access rights, and hardware/software provisioning for the executive office
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and data security when troubleshooting or accessing sensitive information
- Prepare and maintain replacement equipment and backups to ensure business continuity
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers as required for specialized executive needs
- Maintain a detailed log of support activities, issues resolved, and systems accessed
- Stay abreast of the latest technologies, security practices, and business applications relevant to executive workflows
