We’re looking for a scientifically sharp and strategically minded Associate Director, Medical Communications to lead impactful communication initiatives supporting our skeletal conditions program. What You'll Do
Develop and execute a strategic medical communication plan with a focus on the U.S. market
Shape and maintain the Scientific Communication Platform and messaging across teams
Drive literature reviews, gap analyses, and develop expert-level knowledge in skeletal conditions
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on communication strategy and address knowledge gaps
Plan and lead expert meetings to guide publication and scientific content strategy
Oversee development of content that supports external engagement and internal understanding
What We're Looking For
MS, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent in life/health sciences
7+ years in medical or scientific communications within pharma or a medical communications agency
Experience leading publication planning and scientific content development
2+ years of experience managing direct reports (preferred)
Ability to interpret, analyze, and clearly communicate complex scientific data
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
