Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s ambitious growth goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing internal sales teams and external representatives.
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North America and global markets.
- Design and implement effective sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and impactful sales enablement tools.
- Deliver technical training and support to internal teams and channel partners to strengthen solution selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners.
- Represent the company at trade shows, client visits, and senior-level meetings.
- Contribute to executive planning, bringing sales insights into long-term organizational strategy.
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial services, engineering, or related sectors.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth across a range of industries and markets.
- Strong background in leading and scaling both direct and indirect sales channels.
- In-depth knowledge of technical and industrial service-based solutions.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic negotiation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally.
