Position Objective
The Coaching Coordinator supports the Director of Coaching and Leadership Team to effectively manage, develop, and grow the coaching staff at Soccer Shots KCMO. This position plays a critical role in training, scheduling, supporting coaches, and maintaining the quality of the Soccer Shots program.

Key Skills Required
Minimum 40 hours per week with availability required on weeknights and weekends due to programming hours. The role is mobile, have reliable transportation and the ability to drive to school and public park programs.

- Support the DOC in training and onboarding all new coaches
- Conduct seasonal coach evaluations and assist with performance feedback
- Provide ongoing support and accountability for coaching staff
- Maintain consistent weekly communication with all coaches (via Band, text, etc.)
- Plan and coordinate recruiting events based on staffing needs
- Manage the master coaching schedule in collaboration with DOC and DOP
- Handle scheduling logistics for cancellations, reschedules, and coverage
- Maintain calendar with all interviews, training, and coach observations
- Coach Soccer Shots sessions as needed based on business demand
- Prepare and lead seasonal coaches’ meetings
- Ensure weekly attendance tracking by coaches
- Manage coaching equipment, prize, and certificate inventory/distribution
- Share and utilize Net Promoter Score (NPS) results to improve coach performance
