SUMMARY: We are looking for an applied AI/ML engineer who enjoys solving practical problems with modern machine learning tools. This role is hands-on, focused on building, testing, and deploying AI solutions that improve workflows, products, and processes across the organization. You’ll collaborate with peers and leadership to translate requirements into working systems, contribute to model experimentation, and ensure deployments are reliable and scalable.

Responsibilities
- Stay current with AI/ML techniques, frameworks, and tools relevant to applied business use cases.
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and turn them into technical solutions.
- Build, test, and deploy machine learning models, APIs, and integrations.
- Assist with data pipeline development and MLOps practices to support training and deployment.
- Document work clearly and share findings with both technical and non-technical peers.
- Contribute to code reviews, model evaluations, and iteration cycles to improve solution quality.
- Strong programming skills (Python preferred) and familiarity with ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying models in real applications.
- Understanding of data pipelines, versioning, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Ability to communicate effectively with peers and stakeholders.
- 1–3 years of applied AI/ML engineering or software engineering experience with ML focus.
- Resourceful, curious, and eager to learn new techniques and apply them to real problems.
