Position Overview

This position will be onsite at one of our branch locations.


ePMO Leadership and Governance

  • Operate and continuously improve the ePMO, including portfolio intake, prioritization, stage gate reviews, and executive reporting.
  • Define and maintain the ePMO policy, procedures, framework, templates, and playbooks. Ensure adoption across the bank.
  • Establish standards for RAID management, change control, dependency tracking, benefits realization, and lessons learned.
  • Build clear KPIs, RAG health, milestone and dependency views, and capacity reporting for portfolio transparency.

Innovation Committee (Chair)

  • Chair WCCB’s Innovation Committee to identify, evaluate, and prioritize high value innovations that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, risk posture, and growth.
  • Run a structured intake for business use cases, proof of concept pilots, tooling assessments, and adoption plans. Coordinate with Information Security, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.

Merger and Acquisition Leadership

  • Direct cross functional diligence across technology, operations, finance, risk, facilities, branches, and customer channels.
  • Own integration roadmaps, conversion planning, vendor contract review/negotiation, branch readiness, training, communications, and Day 1, Week 1, and Month 1+ cutovers.
  • Track synergy realization and post-merger stabilization metrics.

Program and Project Delivery

  • Personally lead strategic enterprise programs across technology, operations, and facilities. Manage complex and large budget initiatives with multi department impact.
  • Ensure medium and small projects run by business units adhere to the ePMO framework, templates, and status cadence under your guidance.
  • Standardize status reporting to senior leadership and the board to drive timely escalation and decision making.

Tooling and Transparency

  • Leverage portfolio tooling and data to deliver actionable insights that drive executive decision-making, strategic prioritization, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
  • Own Monday.com across the bank for portfolio, program, and project workflows, including board design, automations, templates, dashboards, and status packs.
  • Own the PMO intranet for artifact libraries, project archives, and knowledge sharing. Maintain audit ready documentation and traceability.

Vendor and Contract Management

  • Lead RFP and RFI processes, SOW creation, vendor selection, and commercial negotiations in partnership with Procurement, Legal, and Risk.
  • Co-manage strategic vendor partnerships that drive innovation, reduce risk, optimize costs, and ensure third-party solutions are aligned with WCCB’s long-term goals.

Risk, Compliance, and Audit Readiness

  • Embed risk assessment, control design, and evidence collection in delivery practices.
  • Partner with Compliance, Internal Audit, and regulators to meet exam and documentation requirements.

Organizational Enablement

  • Coach and certify distributed project leads in best practice delivery. Provide training on Monday.com, templates, status, and governance.
  • Build a culture of predictability, transparency, and outcomes.


Required Education and Experience:

  • B.A, B.S., or equivalent experience. 
  • Six or more years of increasing responsibility in PMO, portfolio, or program leadership, with experience running or maturing an enterprise PMO.
  • Proven delivery of cross functional, multi-site programs, including facilities and technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in vendor management, SOWs, and contract negotiations.
  • Direct ownership of modern PM tooling, preferably Monday.com and Microsoft 365, including administration of templates and dashboards.
  • Strong executive communication, portfolio storytelling, and KPI design.
  • Bachelor’s degree required. PMP or equivalent strongly preferred. Lean Six Sigma or similar process credentials are a plus.
  • Banking, financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Facilities project management, M&A experience, and post-merger stabilization.
  • Standing up an innovation or transformation governance forum and driving adoption of new tools and workflows.


Success Metrics

  • Portfolio predictability: variance to plan on schedule, scope, budget, and benefits.
  • Adoption: percentage of business run projects adhering to ePMO templates, Monday.com workflows, and reporting cadence.
  • Transparency: quality and timeliness of executive dashboards, risks, decisions, and escalations.
  • M&A outcomes: on time conversion, risk and control effectiveness, synergy capture, and customer and employee experience measures.
  • Audit readiness: completeness and traceability of artifacts and evidence.
