Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Call Center Representative to join our Atlanta team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and service requests
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Record call details, customer interactions, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Follow scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a natural and empathetic approach
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when needed
Minimum requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle stressful situations calmly
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems or call management software
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding service
