The Creative Operations Director plays a vital role in supporting the efficiency, scalability, and strategic execution of creative marketing initiatives across the Propelled Brands portfolio. This is a full-time, salaried position and is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Creative Services team, ensuring the seamless intake, assignment, and delivery of creative projects that align with brand and business goals.
This role will oversee the tools, processes, and workflows that empower the creative team to function with clarity, efficiency, and purpose - ultimately contributing to stronger brand positioning and marketing effectiveness.

How You Will Make a Difference
The Creative Operations Director provides structure and support for creative marketing execution by delivering the following:
- Leads and manages the Creative Services team, ensuring workload balance, clear accountability, and consistent delivery of high-quality creative assets across all owned and paid marketing channels.
- Oversees the creative project intake process and ensures requests are strategically aligned, clearly scoped, and effectively prioritized.
- Manages the workflow/production schedules for a high volume of creative projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
- Owns the configuration, optimization, and day-to-day management of the team’s primary project management platform.
- Monitors and reports on creative team performance metrics to inform marketing leadership decisions and resource planning.
- Partners with cross-functional marketing, brand, and shared-services teams to ensure creative output supports brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Identifies and implements process improvements to drive efficiency, increase team productivity, and enhance stakeholder experience.
- Collaborates closely with the Sr. Director of Brand Strategy and Marketing Operations to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies, tools, and governance.
- Contributes to broader marketing operations initiatives, including training, documentation, and knowledge sharing across brands.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
- Proven Experience in Creative Operations: 5–7 years of experience in creative project management, marketing operations, or agency production, with a strong grasp of how to scale creative output efficiently within a fast-paced marketing environment. Experience in franchise or multi-brand organizations is a strong plus.
- Leadership in Team and Workflow Management: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and manage creative teams or cross-functional contributors. Skilled at balancing workloads, setting clear expectations, and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Operational Excellence in Project Management: Advanced proficiency with project management platforms (i.e., Monday.com), with a track record of implementing and optimizing tools, workflows, and schedules to increase team efficiency and project turnaround.
- Strong Strategic and Cross-Functional Collaboration Skills: Experience working closely with marketing, brand, and shared services teams to align creative execution with brand strategy and campaign goals. Ability to see the big picture while driving operational detail.
- Data-Driven Approach to Performance: Experience tracking and reporting on creative team performance metrics to inform decision-making, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
