What You'll Be Doing

  • Help support our growing Professional Visualization and Datacenter Compute Customer Program Management (CPM) team by offloading administrative tasks and work with them and our cross-functional teams to look for opportunities to improve processes and tools for increased productivity
  • Administrative support to Customer Program Managers (CPMs), including: maintenance of our customer contacts database (adding/removing customer/partner contacts), granting and removing access to our partner extranet portal, posting content to our internal collateral library and publishing content to external partners/customers, creating new external partner portals, and maintenance, and administration of our internal customer program tracking tool
  • Working with the NVIDIA CPM and IT teams to look for opportunities to increase CPM productivity via improved IT tools, including new user interfaces, integration of AI capabilities, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in CPM processes to increase productivity

What We Need To See

  • Recently completed a BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous technical program/project management experience
  • Internship or project experience in project managing IT application development/deployment
  • Background in support and organization of multiple projects and internal stakeholders

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 149,500 USD for Level 1, and 108,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 2.
