Ready to revolutionize educational finance? Welcome to the future of FP&A at 2 Hour Learning, where financial operations meet innovation.

Forget traditional financial planning - we're reinventing the game. As our Director of Financial Operations, you'll be the architect of a cutting-edge, AI-powered financial ecosystem that drives real-time decision-making. Your financial models won't gather dust - they'll actively shape our educational empire's future.

Leveraging advanced tools like Klair, Syft, and Retool, you'll create a financial command center that keeps our organization's pulse at your fingertips. No more waiting for engineering support or dealing with outdated data - you'll have the power to build, analyze, and adapt in real-time.

This isn't just about numbers; it's about being the strategic compass that guides our educational mission. If you're ready to transform financial insights into actionable strategies that drive educational excellence, your next challenge awaits.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect comprehensive 3-statement financial models that weave together the complex tapestry of enrollment dynamics, staffing requirements, and capital expenditures for each educational hub.
  • Master the art of agile forecasting with weekly-updated 12-18 month projections that capture both opportunities and challenges on the horizon.
  • Design intuitive executive dashboards that transform raw data into actionable intelligence, enabling leadership to navigate with precision and confidence.
  • Harness the power of AI to create an intelligent financial ecosystem that self-monitors, flags anomalies, and streamlines operations.
  • Craft compelling financial narratives through concise, board-ready memos that distill complex scenarios into clear, strategic recommendations within 72-hour windows.

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Wrestling with static, outdated budgets - our financial pulse beats in real-time.
  • Playing financial police - we're about strategic oversight, not micromanagement.
  • Depending on external teams for insights - you'll be the master of your own analytical domain.
  • Getting lost in data overload - your focus is on extracting game-changing insights.
  • Creating shelf-warming reports - your analysis drives immediate action and results.
