What You Will Do
- Provide project management support to multiple projects
- Support or perform the following PM process:
- Masterlist—assist in keeping up to date
- Scope review—Perform takeoffs
- Package buyouts—assist in writing Pos
- Subcontracts—assist in managing subcontractor
- Submittal process—review for compliance, build, close out
- SOV’s—understand and generate
- Billings—forecasting and follow up with past due customers
- Cost reports—assist in pulling
- Change orders—Price T&M tickets and less complex change orders
- RFI’s—Assist in writing
- Project documentation—filing, posting drawings, distributing docs, photo/video documentation
- Get permits required on project
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Goal oriented and accountable with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer skills; Highly competent in MS Office suite and Bluebeam
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferably
- 1+ year experience with project controls/coordination
- OR 3-4 years documented work in commercial or industrial electrical construction
- BA or Associates degree in Construction Management
