Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude, as you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, making a positive impression on behalf of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for team members.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and paper.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an administrative assistant is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related field is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
