We are seeking a Director of Product Management to bridge the gap between technology and business operations by developing Aspirion’s integration strategy, managing external partnerships, and ensuring internal teams deliver secure, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities

The US base pay range for this position starts at $165,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evangelize the Aspirion interoperability roadmap.
- Represent Aspirion in third-party partner agreements.
- Steer the engineering team towards secure, reliable interoperability solutions.
- Collaborate with Aspirion operations to improve throughput KPIs.
- Provide sales and implementation with repeatable integration playbooks for our clients.
- Thrives on ambiguous, real-world challenges where there is no pre-existing solution. Apply your knowledge to practical scenarios, identify and resolve complex problems to define a clear, actionable roadmap.

- 7+ years of experience in a leadership position focused on healthcare systems integration and interoperability. This experience should involve leading projects and guiding engineering teams.
- A record of collaborating with diverse teams, including engineering, sales, operations, and external partners, to deliver results.
- Proven experience in healthcare RCM, with a deep understanding of data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, and X12) and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to create and own a solution roadmap aligned with broader business goals. This includes experience in product management or technical strategy.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable information for both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience presenting to senior leadership and external partners is essential.
