The Bridgewater Club is seeking an individual to fill a dual role as Child Care Attendant and Youth Activities Assistant. This position combines all existing Child Care Attendant duties with expanded responsibilities in youth programming. The role provides essential support for youth activities, including event setup, birthday parties, and summer camp planning.

What You Will Do
- Perform all Child Care Attendant duties and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.
- Supervise and assist with youth programs, activities, and events.
- Support and help by creating amazing experiences, planning birthday parties, kid's activities, and summer camp.
- Assist the Youth Activities Director with program setup, coordination, and scheduling.
- Manage childcare scheduling and staffing.
- Maintain communication with parents and assist with administrative needs.
- Follow all safety and childcare compliance guidelines.

- Ability to build rapport with children in a positive, patient demeanor.
