About The Internship

Current Opportunity: Events Intern

Join EveryMind’s Community Engagement and Events team, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in event planning, outreach, and volunteer engagement—all while helping advance mental health awareness and community connection.

Schedule: 16–20 hours/week (Monday–Friday; occasional evenings or weekends for events)

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage event inventory – track supplies, place and monitor orders, and keep records up to date.
  • Support outreach events – research community opportunities, prepare event materials, coordinate event briefs, and attend events to represent EveryMind when needed.
  • Assist volunteer engagement – help facilitate volunteer info sessions and trainings, manage logistics, and send communications to staff and volunteers.

Who You’ll Work With:

You’ll collaborate closely with the Community Engagement & Events Manager, outreach and volunteer teams, and staff across the organization. You’ll also have opportunities to interact directly with community partners, volunteers, and event participants.
