As the Assistant Director, you will play a key role in assisting the Director of Clinical Services with the overall administrative processes and management systems for all clinical services and staff. You will also provide clinical direction to our therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. Compensation

- Plan, develop and implement formal and organized clinical services programs as part of the therapeutic environment.
- Develop and organize programs of clinical services based on specialized patient populations.
- Interface with community agencies related to delivery of clinical services, education and recruitment.
- Provide services to current referral sources to assure their satisfaction and continued associations.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of social work, or related mental health field; Master’s Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Must possess full and active licensure in the State of Washington in Social Work or related field (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT). Associate or provisional licenses will not be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in advanced clinical/management practice
- Additional Skill Requirements: A strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA regulations, and patient rights standards and all other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities.
