- Installs and performs repairs to the following equipment: heat exchange, heaters, burners, duct, expansion joints, drums and demister pads, towers and trays, reactors, storage tanks, structural steel and platforms.
- Identifies and installs the correct gaskets and size and grades of bolts and follows procedures to tighten bolts.
- Uses hand and power tools to complete assigned work tasks.
- Follows safety policies and procedures and work permits to perform assigned work.
- Is able to make complete material lists for assigned jobs, and assigned work to make efficient use of materials and time.
- Demonstrates ability to read and interpret basic schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
- Typical repairs and installation include the following: pull exchangers for cleaning, reassemble and test; pull burners, clean and reassemble; repair duct expansion joints; open drums and replace demister pads; open storage tanks for inspection and perform necessary repairs; repair and/or install structural steel.
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment.
- Effectively communicates all daily activities to supervision.
- Performs all other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
- This position is hourly nonexempt status, which means you are eligible for overtime pay.

- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 5 years related boilermaker experience is required.
- Able and willing to work on-site and in-person, required.
