In the role of ERP Finance Leader you'll play a pivotal part on our Finance team. Safran, a leading global industrial company, is currently seeking a ERP M3 Finance Leader to join our team in Costa Mesa, California. The selected candidate will play a crucial role within the DigiUp project in the deployment of our new ERP system, M3-CE. Summary of Duties: 1. Lead the deployment and enhancement of Infor M3 finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting). 2. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of the M3 related project expenses. 3. Partner with IT, operations, and business units to ensure ERP solutions meet evolving financial needs with each new deployment of M3. 4. Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements. 5. Manages the relationship with the auditors during the migration review. 6. Identify and implement improvements in financial workflows using ERP capabilities, prioritizing standard functionalities, and promoting a M3 Finance Core Model. 7. Provide guidance and oversee training to finance teams on M3 functionality and best practices.

Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems Experience: 712+ years in finance leadership and ERP systems (preferably Infor M3) Computer Skill: Deep knowledge of M3 finance modules and configuration. Data analytics, project management tools, financial modeling Other Skills: Financial analysis/forecasting. Strategic thinking, leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
