Do you want to play a critical role in keeping Intuit Dome’s operations running smoothly? Loading Dock Team Members ensure the accurate, timely, and secure flow of mail, packages, and freight throughout the arena. This position supports daily operations in the loading dock and mailroom. On October 27th, we will be hosting an in-person Interview Event. During this event, you will connect with our hiring manager and participate in one-on-one interviews. Event is by invitation only. This is a part-time seasonal position for the 2025-2026 NBA season based at the Intuit Dome located in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile concerts and NBA games. Work hours will fluctuate based on event schedules and business needs.

What You Will Do
- Offload and sort pallets and packages and assist with receiving large shipments.
- Assist Loading Dock Technicians with deliveries throughout the arena.
- Log vehicle traffic and delivery activity, maintaining accurate inbound/outbound records.
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and received items.
- Support the setup of temporary infrastructure (bike racks, traffic cones, etc).
- Stage pallets, bales, and bulk materials for delivery or storage.
- Safely handle HazMat and sensitive shipments as directed.
- Keep dock and adjacent service areas clean and organized.
- Provide end-of-shift recaps to ensure clear communication with the team.
- Follow all Intuit Dome safety and operational policies.
- Other duties as required by the Dockmaster on Duty.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Effective verbal communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift 50lbs and move packages and materials safely.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates integrity, reliability and trustworthiness.
- Commitment to following safety procedures and operational guidelines.
- Compensation for this role is $20/hour.
- This role is classified as non-exempt.
- Able to lift or move equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal.
- Exposure to high noise levels and high vibrations.
- Both indoor and outdoor environments; indoor conditions are generally air-conditioned, while outdoor conditions may include inclement weather such as direct sunlight, heat, humidity, rain, sleet, and wind.
