Position Summary
Kele is seeking a seasoned Marketing Operations Manager to join our marketing organization, serving as the internal accelerator and orchestrator of marketing. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role at the heart of Kele’s marketing engine. You’ll accelerate the marketing train, ensuring programs stay on track, deadlines are met, and the team is motivated by clear goals and visible progress - all while advancing a brand strategy focused on customer needs and organizational capabilities to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Own the marketing request funnel: intake, prioritize, and manage capacity while maintaining a clear feedback loop on expectations with cross-functional partners.
- Ensure cross-functional scoping of marketing initiatives by partnering with product, sales, and technology teams to align priorities, resources, and ROI.
- Serve as the primary day-to-day vendor contact for marketing plans and coordinate communications across all relevant parties.
- Act as the team’s traffic controller - clearing bottlenecks, sequencing work, and ensuring seamless execution.
- Own and maintain the central marketing calendar, integrating campaigns, events, and product marketing activities for full visibility.
- Crystalize deadlines across campaigns, co-op programs, and marketing initiatives, ensuring commitments are met and performance stays on track.
- Visualize and monitor marketing roadmaps, providing real-time insight into progress versus milestones, capacity and surfacing risks early.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal toolkits to elevate marketing’s operating model & brand playbook.
- Build and manage approval flows for campaigns and creative assets to maintain brand and compliance standards.
- Maintain and update lists of vendors and key contacts, ensuring clean, accurate records for all marketing partnerships.
- Partner with IT on Salesforce Administration/Access and the MarTech stack roadmap to ensure the right tools are in place and fully leveraged.
- Oversee marketing contract management, including co-op contracts, co-op billing, and vendor billing to ensure accuracy and on-time processing.
- Own the marketing request funnel: intake, prioritize, and manage capacity while maintaining a clear feedback loop on expectations with cross-functional partners.
- Ensure cross-functional scoping of marketing initiatives by partnering with product, sales, and technology teams to align priorities, resources, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and summaries that celebrate wins and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Populate and deliver monthly performance reports for internal teams and vendors, tracking marketing KPIs, ROI, and team capacity.
- Measure and report team performance against defined goals, motivating the team and reinforcing a culture of accountability and recognition.
- 7+ years of marketing operations, program management, or project management experience (B2B experience strongly preferred).
- Proven expertise in marketing calendar ownership, request intake, capacity planning, and approval workflows.
- Experience creating and managing SOPs, approval flows, and tracking performance to goals across teams and programs.
- Demonstrated success managing contracts, co-op agreements, and vendor billing. Proficiency with marketing technology and project management tools (Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, Teams).
- Bonus: Experience in B2B industrial or multi-brand environments with ongoing acquisition activity.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a strategic mindset for scaling marketing operations at pace.
- Skilled at bridging marketing strategy with execution - translating business objectives into operational plans and measurable goals.
- Energized by deadlines and performance metrics, and adept at turning data into clear, actionable insights that motivate teams.
- Strong communicator and collaborator, capable of influencing and aligning stakeholders at all levels without formal authority.
