Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our clinical team, you’ll support children through evidence-based therapy rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with skill acquisition and behavior assessments under the supervision of a BCBA
- Helping develop individualized treatment plans
- Coaching and mentoring RBTs and other team members
- Supporting daily clinic operations and ensuring smooth team coordination
- Providing 1:1 and small group ABA therapy using both structured and natural teaching methods
- Collecting and analyzing behavior and skill data
- Assisting with parent training and collaborating with caregivers
- Promoting a clean, safe, and supportive therapy environment
We’re looking for someone who is independent, collaborative, and eager to learn:
- Ability to provide feedback and support to team members in a constructive, positive manner
- Experience with ABA protocols and data collection (RBT certification required)
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with children ages 0–16 in 1:1 or classroom settings
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and maintain a physically active role
- Committed to maintaining client confidentiality and ethical standards·
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field
- Experience in educational, behavioral health, or allied health services
- Ongoing professional development and training in ABA principles
