This is a hybrid position working three days in the office in Carrollton, Texas.
We are looking for a Digital Growth & Optimization Analyst that will drive data-informed decision-making and digital performance improvements across our eCommerce channels. This role combines analytical rigor with strategic execution — turning insights into actions that enhance site experience, boost conversion rates, and expand visibility across traditional search (SEO) and emerging AI search platforms.
You’ll analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and lead testing roadmaps to optimize the customer journey from discovery to checkout. You’ll oversee A/B testing, evaluate CRO initiatives, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for the team.
A key part of this role is ensuring data integrity — maintaining accurate tagging, tracking, and analytics infrastructure across all digital touchpoints to enable confident, data-driven decisions. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Site Merchandising, eCommerce Operations, IT, and other partners, you’ll help drive measurable growth in engagement, traffic, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Website Analytics
- Analyze eCommerce website performance to identify UX/UI and customer journey optimization opportunities across desktop and mobile shopping experiences.
- Oversee tracking, tagging, and analytics implementation using first-party and third-party tools to measure shopper behavior and purchase funnels.
- Establish and monitor KPIs and benchmarks such as conversion rate, cart abandonment, average order value, and bounce rate.
- Create dashboards and reporting that clearly communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and analyze A/B and multivariate testing initiatives focused on improving navigation, product discovery, checkout flow, and on-site merchandising performance.
- Translate test outcomes into recommendations and oversee cross-team execution of approved changes.
- Partner with design, development, and marketing teams to bring test learnings into production for eCommerce site experiences.
- Act as project manager for testing cycles, ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and resource needs and adherence to standardized testing methodologies.
- Monitor organic and product search performance using tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on site health, keyword strategy, content optimization, and authority-building.
- Partner cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, and Content teams to implement technical SEO enhancements, optimize on-site elements (metadata, internal linking, keyword targeting), and strengthen off-site authority through PR, backlinks, and brand mentions.
- Lead efforts to optimize content for AI and generative search engines by aligning topics, structure, and metadata for visibility in AI-driven results.
- Track emerging AI platforms (Google SGE, Bing Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate cross-functional SEO/GEO projects, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and timely execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce, digital retail, or direct-to-consumer environments with focus on digital analytics, CRO, SEO, and/or related areas.
- Knowledge of AI generative answer engine optimization fundamentals (schema, conversational content, authority building).
- Excellent data and analytics skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and testing platforms (Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, etc.).
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
- Knowledge of basic HTML and front-end coding is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly translate complex data into actionable insights.
