Pay Grade Salary Hourly Pay Rate $15.00 FLSA Job Summary/Basic Function
This is a part-time position, working an average of 10 hours per week for 25 weeks of the year (mid-November to mid-March). There are no benefits associated with this position.

The Storytelling Festival and Packer Center Assistant will perform various duties and tasks
That Will Include, But Is Not Limited To
- Effective communication with the Festival Chair, Presenters, and other collaborators and individuals.
- Management of digital and social media activities to advertise and disseminate conference content.
- Coordinating logistics and agreements with keynote speakers.
- Facilitate special event registration, event arrangements, and event execution.
- Attending team meetings.
- Compile information as requested.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma / Equivalent
- Detail-oriented and have the ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to build connections across campus and throughout the community
- Proficient in technologies for written communication and virtual meetings, such as Microsoft Office, G Suite applications, and Zoom.
- Ability to engage with community organizations, schools, and other partners.
