This is not yet a Managerial role. It’s a build-in-the-trenches, roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity for someone willing to grind, learn, and lead from the mud up — with the tools, mentorship, and investment to eventually build out your own backstage team (social media, contract-to-close, marketing support, and beyond).

Responsibilities

• What You’ll Do
• Create structure, systems, and accountability from the ground up
• Manage daily operations, projects, and client-care processes
• Track performance, budgets, and team KPIs
• Partner with leadership to move priorities forward and bring ideas to life
• Handle what’s messy, move what’s stuck, and make what’s possible happenMaintain team lead’s schedule
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of real-estate, lending, or closing experience
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments

Candidates must have real-estate experience — active or inactive license, or clearly demonstrable experience in a related field (lending, title, transaction coordination, or operations).

We cannot teach you the basics of real estate.

Compensation

Base Salary: $46,000 – $68,000 (based on experience)

Plus performance bonuses tied to key KPIs such as client reviews, closed files, and team performance.

This is a results-driven, six-figure-potential opportunity for the right performer — someone who thrives on accountability, ownership, and measurable impact.
