What You'll Do

• Analyze drawings and specifications to prepare precise, competitive cost estimates.
• Integrate allowances for contingencies, site conditions, and value-enhancing opportunities.
• Support bid strategies, coordinating with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Work collaboratively with leadership and operations to ensure budgets reflect realities.
• Contribute to post-bid reviews to inform lessons learned and improve estimation accuracy.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of estimating experience in constructionpreferably commercial, multifamily, or residential.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with estimating software or related tools.
• Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• A values-minded approach emphasizing integrity and accountability.

• Competitive salary range: $80,000 $105,000 per year.
