About The Role

We’re looking for a Call Center Scheduling Manager to lead and develop a team of inside callers who schedule appointments with our valued customers.

In This Role, You’ll

  • Oversee, motivate, and support a team of scheduling representatives.
  • Track and manage call center performance metrics.
  • Coordinate CRM activities, run reports, and improve scheduling efficiency.
  • Coach and develop team members to reach their potential.
  • Contribute to leadership initiatives with opportunities for upward growth.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in call center management and customer service.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting.
  • Background in the pest control industry (preferred, but not required).
  • A coachable, growth-oriented mindset.
