NexThreat is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support NAVSEA enterprise initiatives, with a focus on data strategy, data governance, and program oversight. Lead cross-functional teams and partner with NAVSEA stakeholders to drive alignment between mission objectives and enterprise data solutions, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and to Navy standards. Work shall be performed at NAVSEALOGCEN locations in Mechanicsburg, PA, San Diego, CA, Norfolk, VA, Indian Head, MD, Pearl Harbor, HI, and Mayport, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and direct computer-related activities in an organization
• Build and manage software development and maintenance teams
• Implement computer systems to meet customer requirements
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of experience in a related information technology (IT) job
• A Four-Year or higher degree in a computer- or information science–related field
• Experience working with Navy enterprise systems, data platforms, and dashboards
• Knowledge of data governance, enterprise data strategy, and data management practices
• Secret clearance (IT-II)
  
  
  

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with NAVSEA enterprise data systems or business process modernization
• Experience with Navy data compliance frameworks, including RMF, NIST, and cybersecurity requirements
• PMP, PgMP, or similar Program Management Certification
• IAM III Certifications preferred
