Become a Key Player as a Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you will help lead the evolution of Adobe.com’s personalization platform, shaping capabilities that power consumer and enterprise experiences. You’ll partner with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize a data-driven roadmap and deliver measurable impact. Work model: Hybrid, three days a week onsite in San Jose.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
- Lead the evolution of Adobe.com’s personalization platform as a critical point for consumer and enterprise solutions.
- Use data, customer and competitive insights, and industry standards to identify opportunities for innovative capabilities and compelling personalization experiences.
- Assess new market opportunities and strategic areas of audience growth.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on research (E2E reviews, audits, user testing, A/B testing, analytics deep dives).
- Build business cases outlining projected impact to prioritize initiatives on the roadmap.
- Partner with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs.
- Translate requirements into feature specs/user stories with clear acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Define goals, set priorities, and drive a market-adapted product backlog.
- Manage ambiguity and change in backlog priorities.
- Measure and report results of initiatives against expected impact.
- Align stakeholders on vision, roadmap, and platform capability prioritization.
- Present convincingly to executives, partners, and customers; make informed trade-offs for maximum value.
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
- 3–5 years of product owner experience in web/mobile personalization and segmentation tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with design/studio and engineering teams (user stories, UX flows, customer journeys).
- Strong execution with backlog grooming, writing Jira tickets, and setting up test cases.
- Highly analytical; data-driven decision-making via A/B testing, E2E reviews, and audits; able to define and achieve measurable key results.
- Experience with personalization technologies such as CDPs, testing/targeting/analytics, and machine learning models.
- 5+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technology-focused organization.
- Proven experience conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing products in web/mobile ecosystems; deep understanding of web technologies.
- Experience leading Agile development teams; clear product requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical, and presentation skills to influence stakeholders.

- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and products (AEM, Target, Audience Manager, AEP Segments).
- Ability to build strong relationships across functions in a large organization.
- Passion for continuous learning about industry and technology trends.
Pay Range
$68.34 - $85.42/hour
