The HR Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing people operations that support our business objectives and enable our global workforce to thrive. This role combines strategy and execution: from developing HR frameworks and deploying best-in-class tools, to ensuring our culture remains strong across geographies. The right candidate is both a builder and a partner—able to establish structure without losing the entrepreneurial spirit of a scaling organization.

Key Responsibilities
- People Operations & Process Design:
- Develop, document, and optimize core HR processes (onboarding, performance management, career development, compliance).
- Establish scalable policies that balance consistency with flexibility for local markets.
- Technology & Tools:
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, benefits, performance, engagement).
- Ensure seamless integration of HR tools with other business systems.
- Global Workforce Management:
- Oversee the employee lifecycle across multiple geographies, navigating different employment structures (W2, contractors, EOR, etc.).
- Partner with leadership to ensure workforce planning aligns with business strategy.
- Monitor compliance with employment laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
- Culture & Engagement:
- Champion company values and build programs that strengthen belonging, recognition, and employee engagement.
- Design initiatives that connect teams across functions and time zones, reinforcing a cohesive culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on people-related matters.
- +3 years of HR management or 10 years of HR administration experience, with exposure to global or distributed teams preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and workforce management.
- Experience implementing and managing HR technology platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling organization.
