Location: West Palm Beach, FL | Starting Pay: $20/hour | Company Vehicle Provided

Are you passionate about photography and have a keen eye for detail? Do you enjoy being on the move and working independently while contributing to a collaborative team? If so, we’d love to meet you!

We’re a growing property management company seeking a Field Representative to help showcase our properties and ensure they’re maintained to the highest standards. This mobile role is based out of our West Palm Beach office and involves traveling to residential and commercial properties across Palm Beach and neighboring counties.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel to properties in a company-provided vehicle to take high-quality marketing photos.
  • Conduct property inspections for move-ins, move-outs, and mid-lease evaluations.
  • Meet prospective tenants and show available units.
  • Assist with owner meet-and-greets and ensure property information is current.
  • Maintain key and lockbox inventory.
  • Identify tenant compliance issues
  • Administer HOA violations
  • Collaborate with leasing and maintenance teams to address property needs.
  • Process deposit claims and create punch lists based on inspections.

Required Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record (no DUI)
  • Clean criminal background
  • Non-smoker
  • Comfortable driving long distances and spending most of the day in a vehicle
  • Basic tech skills (smartphone/tablet apps, digital cameras)
  • Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years in property management
  • Familiarity with property maintenance
  • Experience with AppFolio, Property Meld, Office 360
  • Matterport experience is a plus
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
