Is This You? Read On!
- You have at least 2 years of experience running outbound email campaigns using Apollo.io or similar tools like Outreach, Salesloft, or HubSpot.
- You’re analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both the technical and creative sides of outbound campaigns — from deliverability and list cleaning to copywriting and reporting.
- You have strong written English skills and can write in a tone that resonates with U.S. consumer brands and social media culture. You’re organized, dependable, and work well with sales and marketing teams to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
- Bonus points if you’ve managed inbox warmups or have hands-on experience improving deliverability performance for high-volume campaigns.
- Build and run outbound campaigns and drip sequences in Apollo.io
- Clean and verify prospect lists using tools like NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Clearbit, or ZoomInfo
- Monitor deliverability and use warmup tools (InboxAlly, GlockApps, Google Postmaster) to keep emails out of spam
- Write, test, and optimize campaign messaging that fits U.S. consumer brand tone and audience
- Track performance metrics (opens, clicks, replies, meetings booked, conversions) and share clear reports with insights
- Support sales team follow-ups, ensuring timely lead management in Apollo Maintain and update sales decks and pitch materials to ensure brand accuracy
